Charlotte Barone founded the Law Office of Charlotte Barone in January 2024. She attended Rider University for her undergraduate studies and graduated magna cum laude from California Western School of Law. Recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2023 and 2024, she has also earned a spot in the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Attorneys.

Charlotte is a dedicated trial lawyer, spending her entire career fighting for plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury cases. Her experience spans a wide range of cases, including wrongful death, product liability, government tort claims, slip and fall, trip and fall, and car and motorcycle accidents. She is known for her relentless advocacy, guiding her clients through every stage of litigation and securing millions of dollars in recovery on their behalf in highly disputed liability cases.

Originally from New Jersey, Charlotte's first career was in the entertainment industry as a professional singer and actress. She performed nationwide and spent a decade working on the Las Vegas Strip before transitioning to her legal career in San Diego.

 

Outside the courtroom, Charlotte enjoys time with her wonderful husband and their two beloved French Bulldogs, Bella and Lola. As a former fitness competitor, she maintains her passion for fitness by hitting the gym five days a week. She also gives back by coaching and judging the California Western School of Law Trial Team.

 

Charlotte’s faith is central to her life. A proud member of Foothills Church in El Cajon, she credits God for all of her blessings and successes.
